install what we sell, however we do sell a limited amount of software and
hardware to individuals and organizations on a no-return basis. We guarantee the
products will perform as advertised, however we do not assist with the
installation or troubleshoot failed installations over the phone. If the
purchaser is not a competent technician we suggest hiring one to install the
