Easy Return Policy
July 1, 2003 -- Sunrise Central U.S. online purchases are now fully
covered by the Easy Return Policy. Within 5 days of delivery any item may be returned
for full credit (less actual shipping charges) if not satisfied for any reason without
incurring any restock fees. Customer is only responsible for shipping charges.
Returns must be received by Sunrise Central unopened, in
resalable
condition, complete with all packaging and instructions to our Lucerne Valley receiving
address. You MUST call us at (760)248-1000 prior to shipping any merchandise for return so we can properly
credit your account and issue a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number that needs
to be plainly written on the outside of the box. Any packages received by us without a RMA
number will be refused. Opened products will incur a 25% restock fee.
