Procedure

- Call (760) 248-1000 or email for
technical support before attempting to repair or adjust the product yourself.
Many times what may appear to be a complex problem can be quickly resolved
over the telephone.
- Keep all Documentation
- Keep all instructions, software, packaging and accessories together in the
event the product needs to be returned for credit, repair or exchange.
- Package Carefully
- In the event the product needs to be shipped, package carefully in
original cartons with all accessories included. Place in larger shipping box
and surround all products with at least one inch of approved shipping
insulating materials. RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the
box. Ship insured, via USPS, UPS or Federal Express. We are not responsible for
damaged or lost shipments.
