Capabilities
- Listed with Search Engines
- We submit the Sunrise Central website monthly to all major search engines to maintain a
high exposure rating. Your Mall Store is separately submitted.
- Individual Mall Store URL
- Your Mall Store has a unique web address URL to use on business cards,
flyers, etc.
- Accept Major Credit Cards
- Accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express as well as checks
and Money Orders. No complicated applications to fill out and no Merchant
Account setup fees.
- Automated Shopping Cart System
- Customers select your products online at their leisure. We do not compete
with your Mall Store. You ship the orders after receiving payment for
products. Only one store of each category will be allowed to be in the mall.
Details
- Setup Fee
- A setup fee of $100.00 plus $5.00 per item (over 5) listed for sale is required for each mall store. The setup fee includes creation of one main web page with one or more links to product categories listed in the database and other links as requested. The header and footer information of the web page will have the same look as the other mall stores to maintain a sense of unity, however the design of the body of the page can be done to suit the individual merchant. The merchant will provide artwork and/or images in an electronic form, either gif or jpg. Also included is entering the product information about each item to be listed. Information must include a unique part number (up to 5 characters long), description, image filename, selling price and retail list price. We suggest limiting the product offering to start and adding a few new products regularly. An accurate description is essential to spur sales. Warranty and return information should be included on the main page
if it is different from the Sunrise Central's general warranty information. New items may be featured on the "Featured Items" page.
- Service Charge
- Sunrise Central will retain a service charge of 20% of the selling price
on all orders and will collect and pay any sales tax due to the state of
California. You will ship products to the purchaser and will receive any
shipping charge collected from the purchaser.
- Mixed Orders
- For a mixed order (items from different Mall Stores) the Mall Stores may
work out shipping arrangements and the shipping charge collected (if any) will
go to the store doing the actual shipping or may be split between multiple
shipments. If acceptable arrangements cannot be made within 24 hours each
merchant is responsible for shipping their own product in a timely manner.
- Quality of Products and Service
- Each merchant must guarantee the quality of products they sell. Each
merchant must work with Sunrise Central and the customer to resolve any
problems and discrepancies. Failure to cooperate in resolving problems may
result in removal from the Mall.
